Description of campaign/project

My Little Pocket Terrorism (Loving Vandalism) is a performance in which I wear my hole gear and, like a soldier in war, without a warning, I invade public or private spaces to sing a sweet love song.

Meu Pequeno Terrorismo de Bolso (Vandalismo Amoroso) é uma performance na qual visto meus equipamentos e, como um soldado em guerra, invado espaços para cantar uma canção doce de mesmo nome que fala de amor. É uma invasão cultural pop que chega sem avisar e sem ser convidada.

Invasion, disturbance, love and singing.

Meu pensamento vivo no meu pequeno terrorismo de bolso.
Sempre fui assim de medidas drásticas, mas, cansei.

The audience get mobilized. This work inspires them to do what they believe in, regardless of their means or materials. The audience feels to be part of this work. It's very common to have people tell me afterwards that "we should do the pocket terrorism in this or that place"...

Mobilização da platéia, inspirando-os a fazer o que acreditam com amor e a atuar e pensar de modo independente. É possível fazer o que se quer com os próprios meios que se tem. A platéia se sente parte do trabalho e, sempre, quando pessoas vem conversar comigo depois, falam coletivamente: "a gente precisa fazer o terrorismo de bolso em tal lugar..."

I've learned to be less self worried and that with some good will, devotion and love, I can touch peoples life and inspire, make a difference in the everyday life, anonymously. We don't need to follow the so called market rules to do art and inspire. Only after this work, I finally can call myself an artist.

Aprendi a ser menos autocentrada e que com boa vontade, entrega e amor, posso tocar a vida das pessoas e inspirá-las, fazer a diferença na sua vida cotidiana. Não é preciso seguir as regras do mercado oficial para fazer arte e inspirar. Apenas depois deste trabalho, me considero realmente artista.
