Description of idea
Describe your idea and concept of your work in relation to the
festival outlines:
In our society everyone of us have the power to decide for what they eat and where they buy it . However, most of the people do not know much about what they eat actually there. In my collage you can see at first glance, the happy woman with a plate full of good looking food, but if you look more closely, you recognize the biochemist behind her shoulder which have the responsibility for the beautiful scenery plate. I want to show that you should scrutinise to what you eat and buy. The Collage as you can see need no more description but i also played a lot with typography in this case. The O's of the word "look" visualize the tears which are coming to me when i think about this topic.
What kind of communication approach do you use?
Just as you scrutinizes the image and you dont recognize same at first glance, everything seems like it is, that is the same in the way i want to communicate.
What are in your opinion concrete benefits to the society because of
your communication?
I hope that people start to think more about food in general and begin to ask themselves more questions about this huge topic.
What did you personally learn from creating your submitted
work?
It isn't always good to educate people with pictures which have this effect of shocking but sometimes I have the feeling that it's simply necessary.
Why is your work, GOOD communication
WORK?
It contains a powerful picture and playful significant typography.
Where and how do you intent do implement your
work?
I like to print stickers and posters and put them on products in supermakets.
Did your intervention had an effect on other Media. If yes, describe
the effect? (Has other media reported on it- how? Were you able to change
other media with your work-
how?)
It has the effect of taking attention in a artistic way.

Subfield description
In visual culture my main interest is centered on photography‚ editorial design and illustration. I am interested in the analysis of these visual products from the perspective of religion, consumerism, social responsibility and sustainability. I want to investigate in design as part of our work to increase public awareness of a variety of social issues. This interest comes from expierence i gather during my travels in Asia and interests of ethics in search of graphic design.
